What happen to the Astronauts in ISS been still around aside that war. Think the Europeans and Russians will take over the ISS, with tensions leading up to the 2ACW the United States will redraw, especially with Texas and also Florida, two vital sites for NASA having succeeded from the United States. Those American Astronauts been like screw the war where staying here till we die on radiation poisoning or been waiting for the Russian Soyuz to pick them up and been intern in Europe after their duty on ISS.

If your talking about Arctic rather than Antarctic I would expect that any outside Alaska, Canada and Greenland to be abandon. Not sure what there is on the ice sheet which of course is pretty fragile.
In terms of Antarctic there are probably more but their likely to simply be abandon with possibly some other nations seeking to take over the bases, probably after the people have moved out. As well as the other named nations Argentina and Chile might also seek to extend their influence there.

What's about US troops and aircraft in Europe? Most likely the soldiers and officers will go back to their states while there might be some problems on who owns what of hardware.

I would guess their allowed to return home but which faction they might go to. Think we discussed this a few pages back. Going to be difficult to send units to a faction where the bulk might not support it so probably have to give people individual choice but possibly as a result not taking weapons with them. Could get politically awkward for the basing powers as they seek to avoid antagonizing any group. Will probably also relate to which faction a government might recognise.

There are alot of USN Naval Bases on West and East Coast of the United States been controlled by those factions in 2ACW. Yep, some of the major (not all listed here) once are controlled by: Loyalist (United States)Naval Submarine Base New London, Connecticut, primary Loyalist (United States) Navy East Coast submarine base. Joint Base Pearl Harbor–Hickam, Hawaii. Portsmouth Naval Shipyard, Maine. Naval Station Newport, Rhode Island. Joint Expeditionary Base–Little Creek, Virginia. Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Virginia. Naval Station Norfolk, Virginia. Washington Navy Yard,Washington, D.C. Florida AllianceNaval Station Mayport, Florida. Naval Submarine Base Kings Bay, Georgia. The New People's ArmyNaval Base Kitsap, Washington. Puget Sound Naval Shipyard, Washington. Seems i forgot the second largest naval base in the former United States and now located in Western Forces (CalTex) territory, Naval Base San Diego. Other places also in Western Forces (CalTex): Naval Base Point Loma, San Diego, California. Naval Amphibious Base Coronado, San Diego, California.

do you think Americans got a vietnam style boat people exodus to across the world during 2ACW. There will be exodus of many Americans displaced due to the conflict. Canada will be affected because what happens in the U.S. permeates through Canada 24/7. Ditto for Mexico. Take an example of The Forever Purge, earlier scripts of Resident Evil: Extinction (then called Afterlife as of 2005), The Day After Tomorrow, and even the game Homefront. In The Forever Purge, Americans on the south and in the West fled to Mexico which had temporary refugee camps to escape the massacre. In the RE Extinction, it was mentioned that American refugees swamped Canada and brought the T-Virus there, and that zombies from the American side just simply waded into the Rio Grande which overwhelmed the Federales and the Mexican Army, and Cuba's small navy was mentioned to be sinking "makeshift rafts full of U.S. boat people". Basin on that, Americans could flee into the Caribbean or into the Lesser Antilles due to the ongoing civil war. Then in the Day After Tomorrow, we'd see the iconic scene of American climate refugees fleeing into Mexico which closed their borders (oh the irony!). The Day After Tomorrow Mexico Border SceneAlso mentioned in Homefront: Homefront: Future History Trailer

I wonder if CalTex took over Nevada, Utah, Arizona, Oklahoma, and other loyalist states. I was wondering how their forces linked up on the way to D.C. while crossing into either Loyalist or FA territory.
