AHC/WI: Germany unified by Sweden instead of Prussia
Can't see this realistically due to the differences in culture and language as well as the population size. A Swedish ruled Scandinavia possibly but most/all of the German speaking world would seem to much of a meal for them. I suppose there is a comparison in terms of Macedonia's conquest of Greece under Philip but the size difference and also in terms of culture and religion especially for much of Germany being Catholic would make it very difficult. The dynasty would have to fairly quickly relocate to somewhere in Germany and be essentially a German one.

That effort probably weakened those tribes enough so that the Franks found them easier pickings. Without Attila, and that shove west, the Franks might have settled in the regions of modern Germany and stayed there. |

And originally part of the Franks (like the Salian Franks) had been invited into the Roman Province to defend the borders such as was the case with quite a number of other Germanic tribes. Other parts of the Franks were living outside the Roman Empire but all ended up forming their Empire. |
