Well that means two separate Elizabeth's and a young Philip as well as the other down-timers affected. Going to cause some interesting issues.

I don't know. Given how religious the royal family were it could be that her parents will listen to her. If they don't then some at least of the things she mentioned will still occur and that will make them think again. Nicholas is still stupid enough to make the wrong decisions but could avoid total disaster.

I think you mean long live the greater Dutch empire.  Its going to suffer a fair bit of dislocation, especially assuming its only the Republic and not the empire, or ships overseas but its so far in advance of anything else about its going to be unchallenged for quite a while at least. Going to be stuck between the Vikings and Catholic Europe but neither are likely to pose a serious threat and I could see some serious conversions going on in Scandinavia and a race for those parts of the eastern regions of Europe that are still page between Dutch and Catholic clergy but the former could well have an edge. You might see an empire encompassing the Baltic and Scandinavia and much of northern German as well as what they will establish overseas.
Of course how long such a state could stay a mercantile republic I don't know. It would face issues in terms of controlling those in the European lands it rules who sooner or later would want a fairer say in things. I.e. can it stay a 'Dutch' state, a republic of some kind with a wider population base or does it follow the Roman example in becoming an autocratic and probably eventually monarchical state. OTL the House of Orange was to gain a lot of power in the near future although whether that occurs here that could be uncertain.

Portuguese Timor, from 1962 when this map was made - www.loc.gov/resource/g8070.ct002992/ - to one month after the Indonesian invasion (so January 1976). A substantial amount of Indon forces already in Dili, Baucau etc. have just been wiped out by the ISOT, and they can't just reinvade, because 1962 East Timor has the full complement of government and bureaucrats from Portugal, not to mention European military forces sent by Lisbon. Attacking Europeans would cause a poop storm. |

On the day of the start of Korean War North Korea moves to 1937, the day Second Sino Japanese War started.
KPA troops in the south meet Japanese troops even weaker than the South Korean troops in 1950 and Japanese troops invading China are suddenly cut off from supplies
KPA at the time has at least 150,000 troops and almost 400 T-34-85 which are better than any tank known to the world and can shrug off any AT gun.
