Miscellaneous Star Wars Thread

A bit about myself:

I'm a Western Civilization major working on [their] Masters. I hope to eventually finish this and then a PhD; maybe I'll even teach at a well known campus one day. One can only hope. My focus is Early Modern European history, specifically Prussia. I do hope to write a story using that as a premise at some point; Old Fritz needs more love :3

My interest with history has naturally influenced what sort of stories I prefer to read and write. Those who saw my first stories published on here (and you have my sincere apologies for having seen those)[,] will know that I tend to drift towards war dramas with a political backstory. Consequently fandoms such as Gundam, Code Geass, Legend of the Galactic Heroes, and Star Wars are places I frequently haunt. Though, don't be surprised if you see a story from Fate/Stay Night in my favorites. That series will always hold a special place in my heart.

To finish, I'm just here to read some good stories and maybe even complete a decent one or two of my own. If I'm trying to spread any message, it's that people are complex creatures, and they deserve to at least have their stories told to the wider world. That, and the message that war makes for a terrible reality but damn good fiction.
