Well, since this thread is for miscellaneous, even oft-random matters concerning Star Wars, here's a lore-video by the The Stupendous Wave about the yellow lightsaber-wielding Jedi Temple Guards: Nothing beats mace windu purple lightsaber, except when you hands are cut off by Darth Vader. Speaking of those two masters of Darkness and Light, Antoine Bandele--who's niche is cranking out this sort of content, so maybe check it out if you can--made a (now somewhat old, but whatever) "versus video" concerning a hypothetical matchup between Mace Windu and Darth Vader. Unfortunately, I haven't found any good videos on your match-up, but I bet it'd be a curbstomp battle in favor of Old Emperor Sheev; sorry, lordroel.
Apart from versus battles, though, I wonder if you might like this beautifully edited video called 'Skywalker - A Darth Vader Tribute' by Neenkin.
There's also this fifteen-minute, more storytelling-oriented one posted by HuesingProductions in 2015. It's called 'Star Wars - Story of Anakin Skywalker/ Darth Vader'.
