Indeed. I've glanced at quite a number of fanworks that explore a Dark-Side Luke, and about one or two featuring a Light-Side Palpatine. Unfortunately, the latter seems to exist in far shorter supply than the former  . |

Unfortunately, the latter seems to exist in far shorter supply than the former . There is also a what If Comic about a Leia going to the dark side if i remember correctly. |

What if the shut down order for the droid army was a code and was found by Obi-Wan Kenobi and Anakin Skywalker during the early stages of the Clone War. Well, I’m guessing that they’d have to make it to the right facility on Mustafar first. Plus, Separatist forces would hunt them down like a pack of famished hyenas bolting after a wildebeest. The CIS would also hire plenty of mercenaries for enough credits to buy a planet if it means thwarting Ani and Obi’s plans to shut the whole Droid Army down. And I doubt they’d be alone in their efforts, either. Because meanwhile, a distressed (and livid) Chancellor Palpatine—while delighted on the outside—would scream and potentially panic on the inside. The Separatists might also have to think about adopting and mass producing droids that don’t depend on a centralized shutdown command to either function or power down, but that’s probably for after this whole debacle—generously assuming that it works out in their favor. |
