Assuming that discussion applies to the decades (and maybe centuries) to come, how about a ‘Future Dominant Geopolitical Powers’ thread? I’ve seen it suggested maybe once or twice on AH.com that would entail places like China and India resuming their hegemonic status while the West declines, which I find to be an interesting prediction.

And discussion of ‘How Would An Asteroid Belt Society Work’? almost certainly belongs in Future History, I assume.

Well i know there is a book series called the Eden series written by Harry Harrison where dinosaurs rule and humans are just in the late stone age level of technology.
