To what year can we discuss a surviving Nazi Germany and the rest of the world, schould not be more than 1960 as this would give all countries the same kind of technology. That’s probably a more realistic date. However, I still wonder how it’s scientific and technological progress would look into the 21st Century (which may require some hand-waving to get done, I speculate). For one thing, I don’t imagine that they’d have a vast and comprehensive internet like we do IOTL, considering that the instantaneous, global, 24/7 exchange of ideas poses an existential threat to a surviving Reich’s ideological hold over its people. At best, maybe a an exclusionary and policed intranet that certain authorities have access to will eventually come to be, with the prospect of online communication trickling down to the masses being...remote, at most.
Well a serious problem that the Nazis had was that their stupid ideological bigotry was undercutting the basis of German science. So even if they came up with some very advanced weaponry that enabled them to get some sort of draw in the war they would tend to fall further and further behind their chief opponents, including even a surviving Soviet Union unless that was reduced to a rump in the Urals and beyond. At least unless possibly after Hitler's death and a bloodbath of a leadership battle a new leader managed to basically de-Nazify the regime. [Which I suspect would take probably a leader or two and a decade at least before enough concerns were raised about the declining position to overcome the fanatics]. This I suspect would seriously weaken any surviving regime unless they managed to get a big enough win that any opponents would also be seriously degraded, which seems to be highly unlikely.]
