How about ‘Mitt Romney In Time Loop Until Winning 2012 Election’? I’d give him just one chance to relive that election cycle all over again, but then I’m unsure how many times he’d need before marshaling the needed skill to snag 270 electoral votes (and hopefully most of the popular vote) before Obama can.

I think the ASB Frivolous Idea Thread would be a good idea, while it could be its own thread, the fact that you can make this type of thread with almost any loosing presidential candidate makes it to numerous and to Frivolous for its own thread. |

Given that Governor Reagan will be present for the election cycle, how he reacts to being upstaged by Trump in his re-election bid ought to be a real hoot. |

Although, the more than I think about it, maybe I should wait to post it for a few more years so that not only does its divisiveness become a thing of the past, but also so we know more about what actually went down around that time? |

Nice, thank you. Even though it was on AH.com for over a year now, I'm actually surprised that I haven't shared it here yet (which I intend to do soon). To what year can we discuss a surviving Nazi Germany and the rest of the world, schould not be more than 1960 as this would give all countries the same kind of technology. That’s probably a more realistic date. However, I still wonder how it’s scientific and technological progress would look into the 21st Century (which may require some hand-waving to get done, I speculate). For one thing, I don’t imagine that they’d have a vast and comprehensive internet like we do IOTL, considering that the instantaneous, global, 24/7 exchange of ideas poses an existential threat to a surviving Reich’s ideological hold over its people. At best, maybe a an exclusionary and policed intranet that certain authorities have access to will eventually come to be, with the prospect of online communication trickling down to the masses being...remote, at most. |
