I think they have mobile phones as that is a cheap way for them to keep in contcht with thier familys. Smartphones have penetrated lots of third world countries, surprisingly. They're compact and can do a lot. Seems Macau and Hong Kong have a high number while China does not, maybe its due government control there. |

Those three places are not your average countries, many rich people live there, so if they have a car i would guess it will not be your average family car they drive. |
