Perhaps not the best internet, but the most people with internet is undoubtedly Canada. In a country that is so huge and with the most people living in cities it is no wonder that they have a high internet penetration compared to those who live in the United States. |

It's a hard job getting over three hundred million people, many in isolated areas, internet access. |
