You mean a South Missouri that is part of the Union and a North Missouri that is part of the Confederacy. No, the southern part at Neosho would be Confederate, and the northern part with the capital at Jefferson City would be Union. So the state of Neosho for the Confederacy and the state Missouri for the Union. |

I hadn't actually realised the forces of so many powers were that low. Though China especially had more a/c and a bit worrying how low some of the European powers have dropped, most noticeably Britain and Germany.

That indicates the country's deadliest infectious disease wasn't among the ones monitored by the WHO. |
