Crusaders would get a shit ton of M16s, M4s (and their Israeli variant, the MZ-4P Emtan), Galil (including the brand new Ace), TAR-21s, and tons of Cold War surplus such as the AK-47s captured from the Six-Day War in 1967 and the 1973 Yom Kippur War. |

Its a couple of decades before the crusades and 5 years before the big Byzantine defeat Manzikert so they do hold much of coastal Syria but not sure how far south they reach. At this point the Muslims are generally a lot less hostile to Jews than Christians are although the sheer strength of Israel could change that.
Does Israel include only the legally recognised territories or also Gaza, the West Bank [including West Jerusalem ] and the Golan Heights. If it does then it also gets the settlers in the latter locations but also a lot of hostile Arabs with some modern tech. If they don't then I would expect them to quickly take most of those lands - which IIRC were held by the Fatimid dynasty based in Egypt. How much else they take would depend on the circumstances.
One other issue is that while past its prime there is still the Khazar Khanate which is likely to get support here.
The other issue of course is how long and to what degree can Israel maintain a lot of its tech. Probably drop back to some degree but I suspect note a lot. Plus of course if ever really troubled they have the nuclear option, literally in this case!

This is potentially very bad. NK is a nuclear nation, albeit continually on the verge of collapse and now cut off from allies/suppliers. Its also facing an hostile Japan that won't be happy at losing part of its Korean puppet. You could see some Japanese cities suffering very badly here.
In the ME the allied position is going to collapse as Britain has lost its primary controlled oil supply and also an important area of influence while its likely that both nations, if they don't start fighting each other again which is a possibility can also seize further territory. Not sure what relations between Iran and Stalin's USSR will be like but knowing the location of the other big oilfields either/both could make a bid for the oil in NE Saudi and the Gulf states and none of them, nor the British protector of the latter can do anything really to oppose them.
The nature of the two Muslim regimes and especially the extremism of Iran would be a nasty shock to most people in 1939, including most Muslims.
