Given Mars is the planet given to the Greek god of war I wouldn't be too surprised if they named it with something linking it to him or one of his brothers and sisthers. It would be a fitting name. Seems the name are Helios Base for Helios Aerospace.  And Happy Valley Base that is now in use by NASA and Roscosmos. |

Truth be told I have no clue what season four has in store. Clearly, we will be returning to Mars but past that where the show can go seems unclear to me. They already have tech that is more or less at our level. So the 2000s in this world will be akin to what the next few years (2023-2029) of our own world may look like.
Hopefully when we start getting videos of what this season will cover it'll be just as great as the last season was. I didn't much care for that one group and their tinfoil hat ideas but that's only one thing in a season that did fairly well.

I thinks she will reelect in in 1996 but in slim margins like G.W. Bush in 2000, while the vice president fail misserbly in 1996 run for prez.
i think there will be flash back in First Episode season 4 who start in 2000.
Further Development
HELIOS Aerospace will build third biggest station on Moon next Jamestown and Zvezda, because Helium3 mining.
I wonder if USA and USSR allow there Allies to build Bases and outpost on there sphere of influence on Moon or Mars (if North Korea not claim the entire planet...)

I could be wrong but given that he never got word back I think it's fairly safe to say they deemed their mission a loss. By the time word would've gotten back to them the United States and the Soviets would've landed on Mars. Them being first doesn't mean much when they have no real way to enforce such a thing. Their mission to Mars was a one-in-a-million shot. The fact they landed at all should be a good enough win for them. No reason to invoke the anger of the world's two great superpowers.
As for HELIOS Aerospace, I'm unsure how it'll fare in the 2000s. My guess is it'll go to that other guy whose name I can't remember and I don't care enough to go looking for. I'm fairly certain that will be what happens following the bombing attacking at Nasa. I think we may see Dev Ayesa again but maybe as an advisor. I really liked him even if at times he seemed to be a bit too fast to anger.
