Michael Collins not killed in 1922.
He did seem to be somewhat more responsible than some of the other groups, especially those around de Valera. Albeit that he was still a pretty unpleasant character and according to the Wiki article on the Irish Civil war was still sending arms to terrorists in the north until right before his death.
If he survived the entire conflict then he's likely to be influential although whether he would be more bitter or more moderate in terms of treatment of the defeated hard liners I don't know. Also whether he would be more or less hostile to Britain and the continued independence of Ulster from the republic. Whether one way or another he prevents de Valera and his gang from later gaining power and the regression of Irish society during the following decades might also be an issue.

Well he is more the soldier while de Valera was more the politician, they will clash i guess in the aftermath of the Irish Civil War, also both where on the opposite side of the Civil War.

‘Barack Obama Doesn’t Run In 2008’. Could we see Clinton as preident. Maybe? Assuming that McCain or someone equally weak becomes the GOP front-runner ITTL, I can see Hillary winning the White House due to the incumbent party’s tarnished reputation due to George Dubya’s antics and the 2008 recession on his watch.

Interestingly enough, I think I'm one of the few people who's ever done a timeline based on the idea of Greece and Turkey going to war in the late 1960s.

'Laverenti Beria Succeeds Joseph Stalion'. Lots of purging ensues. Yeah, that sounds about right. Opportunistic snake as Beria likely is, he’ll likely also intimidate and/or kill off the rest of Stalin’s inner circle who could challenge him for his newfound position. And then extend his purges to the party, though whether he’d seek to clean house within the NKVD itself, I’m unsure. Basically, I’m guessing that in some ways, it’d be more of the same mass arrests, imprisonment and executions that occurred under Beria’s boss?

Oh; I forgot about that element. This time, Beria would have all the girls he wants to fulfill his sick and twisted desires. But that’s probably too morbid to discuss much more than what has already been said.

That plus disagreements over maritime boundaries in the Aegean in general. The rest of the NATO members will be in a awkward position if both Greece and Turkey demand they where attack and thus need help under Article 5.
