Yes and no. The field divisions of the Territorial Army, comprising Second Army, do have a primary wartime mission in Europe, but also have other potential areas of deployment. Unlike the Regular Army, they are not ready to deploy on M-Day. The British TA and USARNG both have divisions deplorable at M+20-25 and further home defence divisions nominally deployable at M+60.
However, will there be that long?
