Well had a go but somewhat bias by my limited knowledge of TNG people and zero knowledge of DSC?? and similarly with the wild cards. Also TOS comes out poorly due to their relatively low tech although I have put a couple in from Enterprise. Don't really know enough about the ships to pick and also it might vary on the expected missions.
Captain - Archer (ENT) 1st Officer - Spoke (TOS) C Medical Officer - Bashir - in part because of his v high intelligence from being genetically engineered. Chief Engineer - Torres - (VOY) Auxiliary Staff 1 - Odo - (DS9) good security officer and his shape changing ability gives him an extra boost. 2 - Seven of 9 (VOY) - again her special abilities as a former Borg 3 - Hoshi - (ENT) - both communications and very useful interpreter 4 - Reed - (ENT) 5 - Jadzia - (DS9) - in part because of her military skills. WC - 10th Doctor - one willing to fight when necessary. A bit limited here as know relatively little about many of the people. Would have considered Q as probably by far the most powerful but he's such an unreliable d**khead. Ship - No idea. If for a military role might choose the Defiant as a specialised warship - otherwise for more general missions possibly the latest and hence most capable.
Anyway initial ideas. See what people think.

Actually heard on the news a few minutes again that William Shatner is going into space at the age of 90 as a passenger on one of the private space missions. Didn't catch which one. - Ah checking its Vezos's Blue Origin, see more here. |

Zyobot, How about the Castaways from Gilligan's Island being transported to the Trek universe. Gilligan and Skipper get their own starship, the U.S.S. Minnow. They offer three light year tours. The Professor gets into constant debates with Spock, each using big words that no one can understand. Mary Ann introduces coconut cream pies to the Federation. Ginger and Uhura do singing gigs. The Howells find the Ferengi excellent business partners (although Lovey might have something to say about the Ferengi policy of no clothes for females).

Rather than going through Space the Voyager ship and crew go through Time and crash land literally right next to a Sumerian city in 3600 BCE.
The ship is mostly intact but engine is heavily damaged.
The crew has no choice but to deal with the local Sumerians, help advance their tech among other things, so they don't starve

Star Trek (TOS)
-It still premieres on NBC in 1966.
-It has a longer intro that features the entire cast. Not just William Shatner, Leonard Nimoy and DeForest Kelley, but the others as well. Including James Doohan, George Takei, Walter Koenig and Nichelle Nichols.
-Chekov is chief of security. So instead of wearing a yellow shirt. He wears a red one. Now even in this timeline, most Star Trek fans still consider a red shirt bad luck. Well, Chekov is the exception in this case. He gets hurt every now and then, but never killed. And not every red shirt officer gets killed. Some still do. Sometimes yellow shirt officers get killed. And even blue ones, too.
-The Klingons unfortunately still look human.
-The closing credits are different. Instead of showing various shots of the crew and planets, they just show stars moving.
-The show is not canceled in 1969 after 3 seasons. Instead it has a 4th and a 5th season.
-The series ends in 1971 after 5 seasons. So the series lives up to the opening speech "Its 5 year mission."

Star Trek-The Next Generation
It still premieres in September 1987 and ends in May 1994.
Changes during season 1:
-Geordi (LeVar Burton) is chief engineer from the start instead of a bridge helmsman. He wears a yellow uniform. Also, he is full grade lieutenant instead of a junior one.
-Worf (Michael Dorn) is chief of security instead of Tasha Yar (Denise Crosby). He also wears a yellow uniform and is a full lieutenant.
-Tasha is weapons officer instead. She is still killed in "Skin Of Evil".
-The bridge has those side stations which were originally added in Star Trek-Generations. They are manned by background extras.
-In Main Engineering, the doors that originally led to a turbolift instead lead to a maintenance hatch with crawl tubes.
-Ten Forward is also seen during season 1.
-In the penultimate episode "Conspiracy", when Riker (Jonathan Frakes) is getting beat up by Admiral Quinn (who is possessed by a parasite and gives him super human strength), he still calls for security. Worf still responds because he's security chief. But instead of Geordi responding with him, 2 other security officers respond. They are all armed with phasers. But Quinn manages to knock them out of their hands and beat them up.
-What doesn't change is Riker still doesn't have a beard.
Changes during season 2:
-Gates McFadden (Dr. Crusher) does not leave the show. So Dr. Crusher is still there. She is not replaced by Dr. Pulaski.
-What doesn't change is Riker still grows the beard he'll wear for the rest of the series.
What doesn't change in seasons 1 and 2 is they still wear those 1-piece spandex uniforms. The cast still complained that they were very uncomfortable. So they changed them in season 3 to those cloth 2-piece uniforms which were looser. Not only did the main cast wear them, the background extras all did. And because Dr. Crusher was not absent in the previous season, any mentions of her being absent are non-existent.
Seasons 4 and 5 are unchanged. So is season 6 until the season finale, "Descent" Part 1. The post-theme credits are displayed after the intro/theme sequence like every other episode. And Guinan (Whoopi Goldberg) is also in the episode.
Changes during season 7:
-Guinan appears in the season premiere, "Descent Part 2". She also appears in "Gambit" Parts 1 and 2, "Journey's End" and the series finale "All Good Things...".
-In the episode "Bloodlines", Picard's old nemesis Bok returns. But instead of being played by Lee Arenberg, Frank Corsentino returns to reprise the role. The plot of the episode itself is the same. Bok finds out Picard has a son, Jason Vigo, and threatens to kill him out of revenge for Picard killing his son 15 years earlier. But eventually, Dr. Crusher finds out Bok resequenced Jason's DNA to make it APPEAR that Picard was his father. So Bok is arrested and Jason is saved.

Star Trek-Deep Space Nine
It still premieres in January 1993 and ends in June 1999.
During the intro throughout the show's run. The full names of the characters are displayed. For example, it doesn't just say "Starring Avery Brooks as Captain Sisko". Instead, it says "Starring Avery Brooks as Captain Benjamin Sisko".
Changes during season 1:
In the first scene of "Emissary", Sisko (Avery Brooks) is already a commander and the Saratoga's first officer. He has 3 full pips on his collar. In the next scene set 3 years later, he is promoted to captain and has 4 full pips on his collar. As for Kira (Nana Visitor), her hair isn't long. It's short like the rest of the series.
There aren't any other changes to the show during seasons 1, 2 or 3 until the 3rd season finale, "The Adversary". There is no ceremony for Sisko being promoted to captain. He's already a captain, so there's no need for any ceremony.
Seasons 4, 5 and 6 are completely unchanged until the 6th season finale, "Tears Of The Prophets". Jadzia (Terry Farrell) is not killed off. Instead, she's still alive. However, Gul Dukat (Marc Alaimo) still beams into the Bajoran shrine on the promenade and darkens the orb. The wormhole still implodes and disappears. Sisko still feels responsible for it. He still feels he should have not gone to Cardassia and led that counter-offensive against the Dominion. He still feels like he failed in his duty. So he goes home to Earth with Jake (Cirroc Lofton). They help out Joseph (Brock Peters, who isn't seen) in his restaurant in New Orleans.
Changes during season 7:
-Jadzia is still alive. So there's no Ezri Dax. She and Worf (Michael Dorn) are still married. The season premiere "Image In The Sand" is a little different. Sisko still has visions of a woman named Sarah. Meanwhile on the station, Jadzia tells a recently promoted Kira that she hasn't heard from Sisko in 2 months. She starts to worry about him. She takes a runabout to Earth to find him. At the end of the episode she does. So in the next episode "Shadows And Symbols", Sisko, Jake, Jadzia and Joseph all go to a planet to investigate Sisko's visions. There, they find an orb. Sisko opens it and the wormhole reopens. The prophets return to Bajor. Sisko, Jake and Jadzia all return to DS9 with the Bajorans all thanking Sisko for returning the prophets to them.
-In the series finale "What You Leave Behind", Jadzia leaves DS9 with Worf who becomes ambassador for the Federation.
