At least according to this fan-made map, yeah. The other three biggest political entities--the Klingons, Romulans, and Cardassians--likely want a slice of the pie for themselves, or at least had at one point in their respective histories or another. That also discounts the other, considerably smaller polities and power blocs depicted here. |
