'2000 US To 1936 Kaiserreich'. Well all of the major factions would be awed by the technology yet terrified that America might go after them. The US likely would not be fans of the Internationale, but I could see Germany being unhappy that America might encroach in their sphere of influence. Actually, seeing American success might incentivize a lot of nations to try and emulate them. The Entente would be happy that the US is strongly anti-communist, but America probably would not be happy at how militaristic and authoritarian they are. Russia's reaction would likely depend on who is in charge (Savinkov wouldn't get a warm welcome in D.C., I'd assume). Not sure if they would intervene in the second Weltkrieg, but if they do, any faction opposed to the US is toast. |

In addition to what you’ve said above, I suppose it only confirms that sheer potential that a United America had to become the most powerful nation on Earth. Even if it’s from sixty-four years into an alternate future, it still reigned as a global superpower since World War II, which is still a testament to American might. Sure, it may not have to worry about this stuff now, but I can imagine Germany going white as ghosts once it learns about the time some deranged, Austrian-born corporal who died unknown ITTL brought Europe to its knees just a few years down the line. |

The downtimer Americans would be happy to help, because 2000 US, though having problems, is miles better than 1936 KR America (no 10 year super-depression). Definitely right about Germany. Speaking of being born in Austria, Vienna would be mortified (and Serbia/Romania would be delighted) at what happened to them in the other world. They would 100% try to strengthen the empire (federalization route perhaps) and it's an open question whether or not the Hungarians will revolt like they do in the game: even in a federal Hapsburg realm, they would still have more territory than OTL post-Trianon Hungary. |

He may not be racist or bigoted in the conventional sense, but given Palpatine’s appetite for terror and destruction, I’ve a sickening feeling he’d easily wind up in Hitler and Stalin’s league, by the time his reign is finished. |
