Well that's slavery ended quickly, although there will probably be serious 'issues' with US governments, both national and state for a few decades afterwards.
He may be a superb warrior capable of demolishing armies on his own, but I doubt one man could take and hold much territory across the South or fight everywhere at once. Not unless he has his usual detachment of Clone Troopers backing him up, bringing their superior firepower and tactics to bear. Armor and personal weaponry aside, no one really has an answer for their armored vehicles either, with AT-TEs being a massive intimidation factor all their own.
True but: a) Freed slaves could help out a lot there
or probably the more efficient option
b) He could make a nasty mess of the main army protecting Richmond, leading to a very quick capture of Virginia. Then repeat wherever a rebel army seeks to block the northern advance. He doesn't need to hold land himself. Just make it impossible for the south to maintain a military force opposing the union.
Although how much of the north, let alone the south, will react to a super-powered black man winning the war for them and probably killing a lot of whites in the process is another issue. Let along what happens if the south, aided to a degree by elements in the north, seek to end reconstruction and bring in Jim Crow.

A robo-governor seeking to destroy it would be terrible for his constituents and quickly removed from office, assuming the authorities have what it takes to incapacitate him ASAP. |

Considering he’s also had numerous heart surgeries, including (but not limited to) a pacemaker and at least one transplant—and also lacks a heartbeat, by the way—that’s all the more reason to compare him and Vader.  |
