Bye bye classical civilization. Unless Big E shows up to save the day, pretty much.

‘Emperor of Mankind Replaces King George III’.
Now is this before the end of the Horus Heresy leaves him a gutted mess?
If before then with his psychic powers there's very little that can stop him. Going to see a lot faster technological development, especially if he retains a lot of future memories. Also probably going to see a unified Earth very quickly, as he could make Napoleon, Alexander and Genghis look like rank amateurs in terms of conquest and control.
Mind you even after being butchered if he's in George III's body presumably that would give him decent physical condition on which he could build very quickly. That might even better as he could avoid making some of his OTL mistakes.
Either way I wonder how long before he realises he's in a totally different universe and there's no Chaos Gods threatening humanity here?

I think I'll have him sent to 1770 George's body after he's been gutted and left to rot on the Golden Throne for ten-thousand years, just so that he understands the full gravity of letting Chaos win. If he retains his godlike psychic powers, and he will, then I think he could make a serious case for being Christ reborn and convincing legions of faithful to bow to him on that basis alone. There will certainly be doubters, and even those who decry him as the Devil in the flesh. However, given his array of prodigious talents, chiefly with regards to statecraft and every politics-adjacent subject under the sun, I'm sure he'd make short work of them, as you said.
Either way, get ready for an even more transformative Industrial Revolution and a global British Empire, courtesy of a now-immortal George III who'll be lauded as the single greatest and most influential human to have ever lived. The other two conquerors you mention died long before, of course, but since he's already been born and is likely someone that Big E remembers from Old Earth, I wonder if he'll recruit Napoleon as his administrator in France once he's of age? True, his OTL rise to greatness has been butterflied here, but perhaps E-Money will see potential in the young Bonaparte anyway and seek him out when he comes of age.

Would be take that approach as, as far as I understand it, he was a champion of reason rather than blind faith? Plus since George has been king for a decade that would be a drastic change in his personality. Although it does have the advantage of explaining his immortality if he decides to go that more open route.

He may prefer to govern via science and reason, but the religiosity of most people at this time may force him to adjust his plans for now. That, and the sheer proclivity towards organized religion that his humanity has demonstrated may convince him that the population, especially as of 1770, needs something to believe in. And he is the natural candidate, though he'll have to pretend to be Christ reborn for a while (though that's not to say he won't phase in a long-running secularization program that only starts bearing fruit in a century or two, long after his current crop of followers are gone).
In the meantime, he can also frame any Chaotic influences that pop up and can't be swept under the rug as Satan's legions on earth, though that's more likely to be a last-resort option (due to the panic and apocalyptic histrionics it'd trigger). Which may require some amendments to official doctrine, such as the Devil not being one entity, but actually four who go by separate names and each represent different sets of vices. In that case, prepare for Big E to have a long and comprehensive audience with the Vatican that makes Martin Luther's challenges to Church doctrine look tactful and mild-mannered!

So your assuming our Earth is in the hell that is the WH40k universe. I still suspect he might want to go the enlightened/secular route. Even if it means George eventually 'dying' and him controlling things from behind the screens which he's very possible to do. If we make the assumption we're in the same universe as 40K then there's the issue that a younger version of him is already about so how they interact would be very important. With either accept the other as their 'superior' or can they agree to co-operate? Also if so the younger version of him may, if in the western world at the time, have supported the American revolution. I wonder given his position would he seek to prevent it? [Very likely so if he's going to take the religious - I am a god - route as it would detract from his power although he may seek to find a compromise with the rebels. Although whether that's possible I don't know.]
By 1770 he's also been married to his wife for 9 years and she's pregnant with their 7th child and would expect some breeding to continue so he's likely to have some son's and daughters who could inherit some of his powers. From all accounts it was a loving marriage on both sides and our George III was very much a family man, although he famously had problems with at least his eldest son. Which was very much an Hanoverian tradition, in part because with party politics active in Britain the opposition often sought connections with the heir to boost their influence - and cock a snook at their opponents and the king.
