Saw Aladdin on Disney+, was okay, but miss Robin Williams as Genie. Yeah, so do I. That said, I still found Will Smith's performance entertaining and a novel flavor of Genie for a 2019 live-action remake. At least the parrot was not as noisy as the parrot of the cartoon version.

Looking back, Iago could get over the top every now and then, however amused I might’ve been as a small child around that time.

Anybody summed up the courage to watch Cats yet? I've seen the trailer ans the whole thing looks...profoundly disturbing.

One look at the trailer told me all I needed to know about Cats: crap. Probably just as bad was The Gentlemen. I saw that last weekend and knew it would be bad. It didn't disappoint in that fashion.

Watched Red Dawn for the first time Wednesday night. Overall I was surprised at how it was willing to show the war as something utterly miserable, going against the reputation it has as something jingoistic.

Though, as someone who knows little about international copyright laws work (and possibly trademarks as they relate to creative works as well), I’m at a loss as far as specific examples go.
