No of course not, they might get the idea India should have "le gasp" independence down the line. Instead we should remind them of their place. Other places like New Holland and Hianan are probably protected by the Commonwealth navy instead of having their own navies, or am i wrong. They are, though both were offered the change to form their own navy but declined. They didn't consider it worth the effort.

This is cool, look at the preview of the E-book. Far Aft and FaintlySet in the 1930’s, the little nation of the Netherlands faces a deep threat to her East Indies Colony from the Asiatic superpower of Imperial Japan. Her long maritime traditions demand she boldly meet such a threat, consequently the Navy is ordered to rebuild its strength with great haste. Curtis dive-bombers flying over the Battlecruiser-carrier Johan de Witt. Battleship-carrier Schoonveldt steaming to intercept the German Commerce raiders Gull and Pelican. Royal Netherlands Navy PZL-P23 heavy dive-bomber group attacking the Japanese battleships Kagoshima and Kumamoto.

With some minor changes these ships could serve with the Commonwealth Navy wich is probably so large that it could easy operate these 3 ships.

Yes, but it is also so large and wealthy that it could easily just build dedicated carriers and battlecruisers which would be better at performing their respective tasks instead of having to go for a "master of none" hybrid. Also, they techincly already have battlecruiser-carriers, the two Razend-class rebuild battlecruisers.
