What if Russia's 1717 Khivan Expedition would have (somehow) succeeded?

What if Russia's 1717 Khivan Expedition would have (somehow) succeeded? Indeed, any thoughts on this? I would think that a way for them to survive is if the Khanate of Khiva does not attack him ore he has a larger force under his command. |

Frankly, the "larger force under his command" scenario might be more realistic. |
