Another ISOT to 793 AD, this time a Muslim one 
The territories of modern day Morocco, Algieria,Tunisia and Libya are ISOTed from 1800 AD to 793 AD. At the time all of this territory was under Ottoman control and should have Ottoman Garrisons.
The ISOTed territory possesses significant advantages over Europe - namely gunpowder weapons and advanced shipbuilding. It's also still in the era of Barbary pirates and there is a sizeable pirate fleet there - expect massive raids on Europe as well as most likely Moroccan conquest of all of Iberia
How does Europe (namely Charlemagne and his successors and the Pope) deal with Muslim hordes coming from the south while at the same time dealing with the Viking Age? What about the rest of the Muslim world and Byzantium? Muslims of the ISOTed territory aren't going to just sit, they'll notice that the European countries around them have been replaced with much less powerful and developed ones within weeks of the ISOT... and then the fun begins.
Let's say the ISOT happens in January 1800 to January 793 AD. By February the knowledge of the event is spreading like wildfire. By March 793 AD first raids on Europe start and by June-July 793 AD the full time raiding begins. What then?
