What happens in this scenario?
IMO the most obvious first things to happen are: - takeover of all of Korea by North Korea - collapse of Japanese forces in Japan due to the severing of supply lines
Kim would be willing to send troops to help the USSR defeat Nazi Germany - but would Stalin accept his offer?
In my opinion he would. And in such a case we should expect a swift defeat of the Axis forces since even a simple T-54/55 is a massive overmatch for German tanks. I expect the combined Soviet-Korean troops to drive all the way to the Pyrenees and to Sicily.
Now, how do you imagine the relations between both states to look like post war? They should be good as long as Stalin is alive but assuming he still dies in 1953, things might go downhill from there.

Okay, first, kim is in power and it is only 4 years ago, so current affairs and second, lets not try to create all these country from modern time gets send back into time, you have created 3 already and in the end the result for all will be the same, so thread closed.
