So are you assuming that we have the OTL situation, i.e. no Scandinavian state but that Denmark continues to fight on despite the overwhelming odds? Just the side mention of the Scandinavia union in another thread inspired the idea. If you could clarify please that avoids us going down dead ends.

My POD is something happens on 9th April 1940 that results in Denmark fighting a bit longer, the Germans instead of letting the Danish have their semi-Independence until 1943 originally occupy it fully from day 1, resulting in Denmark having the same status like the Netherlands and Belgium in terms of having a government in exile in some sort out of the United kingdom and whatever free Danish forces they can muster.
