Swapped Luzon
A muslim sultanate in Luzon named Selurong Sultanate(Reino de Tagala) would convert and unite the Lowlands before the Spanish would come with some exceptions and the Spanish would colonize Northeast Luzon, Pangasinan and the Cordilleran tribes and the Spanish would benefit on the cordilleran gold which the Spanish would deplete after centuries of colonization, the Spanish would call the new colony as Nueva Castilla a part of the Philippines.
Selurong Sultanate would conquer the Spanish colony of Nueva Castilla in 1898 and became the Tagalog Republic, after the Tagalog Republic would be defeated in WWII in 1945, the Tagalog Republic would be forced to give up Nueva Castilla to the Spanish and the British who would give it independence.
The Tagalog republic and the Tagalists in Nueva Castilla would want to annex Nueva Castilla to the Tagalog Republic after the independence of Nueva Castilla.
