If the modern Kingdom of Greece engaged in the Scramble for Africa, which territories it would choose to annex? Cyrenaica is a top choice, but could the Sinai be a good choice too?

The Sinai wasn't open or part of Africa, being under Egypt. Cyrenaica is also part of the Ottoman Empire at this time, not open territory.
If Greece was part, then it would be well behind all of the others, leaving the scraps of the scraps.

Somehow I remember that the great TL Decades of Darkness had these, but I might confuse them with Aragonese Congo or so.

I would agree. It was only in the 1890's that they gained Crete and before the Balkan wars a good chunk of what's northern modern Greece was still under Turkish rule. Plus if they have any capacity for expansion its more likely to be seeking to secure more important former Greek territories such as Constantinople - for which they would have a hell of a lot of competition - or the Ionian coastal region. Greece was simply too weak to play with the bigger boys so to speak, especially when it came to overseas expansion.
