So a Alien space bat named flippy after watching the latest North Korean missile launch toughed, would it not be fun if we replace the most isolating country in the world with the remains of the Third Reich of 1944, so he does that, every major city in North Korea has its citizens replace with German citizens (only who where loyal to the Third Reich in 1944), its military hardware is replaced with the weapons, ships, vehicles, planes and ships used by the Wehrmacht in 1944, all factories are replaced and many are added to give the Germans the means to rearm and build things and the entire SS war machine from 1944 is also transported along (you need a loyal army to defend the New Korean Reich).
So what is the world reaction going to be.

Splat! Its the Nazis, in spades as your only including the true believers. Their weaponry is totally obsolete and they don't have nukes so they can't threaten modern S Korea or Japan. To the north they border communist China apart from a narrow stretch with an outspokenly anti-Nazi fascist ruler. Also as white Europeans who have magically replaced east Asians there will be a racial element to local hostility, which is really ironic under the circumstances. Steve

Steve But in 1944 the Nazi had V1 and V-2 rockets, also Germany has stockplies of mustard gas, tabun, sarin, and soman.

That may persuade the S Koreans to sit on their hands, especially since there are no north Koreans to liberate from the Kims. However their limited range and the nature of the regimes mean that its unlikely to deter China or Russia if they decide to step in. Plus with modern weapons such Nazi weapons are highly outclassed and they would need to adjust the V weapons to carry chemical weapons. [May be difficult for the V2s to deliver such loaded without vapourising them.] Steve
