In 2005, it was discovered that there was cheating and the 28 million votes of Fernando Poe and Loren Legarda were did by the camp of Danding Cojuangco and Gloria Arroyo and Noli De Castro would be sworn as President and Vice President, some circles have said that it is both Fernando Poe and Noli De Castro were both the rightful winners and Noli De Castro should had been president shortly after the death of Fernando Poe.
