1. Very Advanced Time-traveler (think Assisti from 1632) goes to 2008 Earth, before the Russo-Georgian War. He gets a virgin Georgian girl (formerly very ugly turned very beautiful) as his wife in exchange for ISOT Russia to another Earth. 2008 BCE version replaces it
The very young Time-traveler is arrested along with his pregnant wife but the damage is done
2008 Russia is stuck in 2008 BCE. Putin dies of old age. Overtime 2008 BCE Earth becomes even more Liberal, Progressive, Prosperous and Technologically advanced than us in just a few centuries. Humans there invent Immortality and Space Colonization

Another idea is have Seven Atheist Time-travelers from another more Advanced but still in the past timeline (Their diverges from ours due to the Industrial Revolution occurring during the Three Kingdoms Period) go to 2009 Scandinavia. Bolsanaro and his family mysteriously get Ebola and die!

That would be more in the realms of a story, as it doesn't fit into the niche of a timeline (A single PoD then events flowing on from that).
I'm sensing a consistent theme in all of your ideas of secular humanism, atheism and liberalism conquering all, as well as a bit of a yen for mercenaries against Russia. If you want to explore that, I'd suggest writing it, as an actual fleshed out story is going to do it a sight more justice than a few disjointed sentences and ideas that aren't at all connected.
