What if Humanity was much more advanced when the Chimera appeared on Earth basically
Granted this could make Humanity too OP for the Chimera to stand a chance against them. Heck, they could have detected the Chimera virus and few starting hosts very early on!
Political reprecussions would also be a thing as the isolationist Russian Empire now can loot more Chimeran tech
