There is enough food production to feed the Uptimers and trade with many Indians. The population is mostly vaccinated plus with Modern healthcare the Indians don't suffer from European diseases
The Uptimers could recreate the US and probably take over the entire New World. Christianity, Judaism and Atheism will find many adherents amongst the Natives.
Not as many people emigrate to the New World as the Industrialization of Europe, Africa and Asia occurs in the 1500s
The Uptimers would prevent the Scramble for Africa down the road but what else they do there and in other areas is a mystery to me
The Ottoman Empire greatly benefits in my mind as Industrialization improves trade flow and profit. The Secular wave hits this multireligious, multiethnic empire hard.
A few Asian Uptimers would go to China, Korea, Indochina, Philippines and Japan to warn them of the future and help them adapt to changing times.
