August 23, 1991. The entire infrastructure and every equipment used by the US, UK and Scandinavian nations are upgraded to 2022. Knowledge is sent via special brain-waves to the people of those nations to acclimate to the new tech
In this scenario Iceland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden, Finland and Estonia are considered Scandinavian nations and get the change
Obviously these nations now have a bigger advantage over everyone else, especially the US. But I wonder how the drastic economic and social changes change politics in these nations
Wondering if these changes could prevent the declines and tragedies of the 21st century.
Spotlight would put a bigger light on the Church's abuse. But it would coincide with the creation of MeToo and BLM in my opinion. Police Brutality and the Hypocritical Crimes Agaisnt Humanity of the Religious Right are put in the public mind thanks to Social Media and Smartphones
More fuel efficient and sturdier cars would reduce cost and deaths. Nothing else comes to my mind when thinking about that
Not sure if Military funding goes up, stays the same or go down. Or if Last Week Tonight is more popular and starts earlier
