Kapitein-Luitenant Ter Zee Karel doorman is placed in charge of the newly created new navy planning and equipment office (Dutch: Marine Planning and Material Dienst, MPMD) where he is to use his knowledge of 8 years to create a modern and strong Royal Netherlands Navy.

February 17th 1934 was the day that the Circle saved its first live when they prevented the death of Albert I of Belgium. February 21st 1934
Thanks to Jannes Johannes Cornelis van Dijk and supported with the hard work of Kapitein-Luitenant Ter Zee Karel doorman manage to get the second naval building program called Fleetplan van Dijk (Dutch: Vlootplan van Dijk) named after him passed, the first naval building program was Fleetplan Battlecruisers (Dutch: Slagkruiserplan) and included the following: Construction of three battlecruisers. Construction of four Tromp-class cruisers. Construction of six Holland-class destroyers (modified version of the Admiralen-class destroyer).

February 23rd 1934
Minister of Defense Jannes Johannes Cornelis van Dijk creates the commission armored cars (Dutch: Commissie Pantservoertuigen) and the commission tanks (Dutch: Commissie Pantsers) who are put in charge in selecting possible candidates (armored cars ore tanks) that will be fielded Royal Netherlands Army in the upcoming years.
February 27th 1934
Frederick Koolhoven decides to build first his Koolhoven F.K.58 fighter aircraft as an interim solution for use with the Army Aviation Brigade (Dutch: Luchtvaartbrigade) and then follow up with designs he will borrow from designs that were flying at the moment he died in 1946 (the design he borrows are the P-51 Mustang for the fighter and the B-25 for the medium bomber).

Construction of a 40.000-ton drydock, meant for the 3 battlecruisers of the Royal Netherlands Navy begins at naval base Soerabaja.
June 8th 1934
The commission armored cars (Dutch: Commissie Pantserautomobielen) selects the car manufacturer DAF and Rotterdamsche Droogdok Maatschappij to build a prototype armored car for evaluation, the commission tank has send out a request to serval tank producers (Fiat, Citroen, Vickers and Renault among them) for a light tank that can be delivered on time and one budget.
July 12th 1934
Having to draw complete from his memory (something that he finds strangely as everything is so detailed), Frederick Koolhoven shows Minister of Defense Johannes Cornelis van Dijk the first designs drawings for the F.K.58 fighter, the minster is impressed and informs Koolhoven that his fighter will be the first fighter that will be using the new J (Jager ore fighter in English) shortcut when it is build.
Augustus 7th 1934
Hub van Doorne informs the circle that he and his brother are working on a main battle tank they simply call the General, when Captain Simon Hendrik Spoor ask if the tank is based on a future design van Doorne says that it is.
