What if The Europeans completely left Australia alone (with the exceptions of fighting back against someone attacking them with an army from Australia)?
Personally, I think the aboriginals would likely have ended up like those hunter-gatherers in the amazon where the Childrens' stomachs aren’t protruding because they are full but because they are starving. I could be wrong, and what I typed is arguably better than what the British put them through.
Edit: By the hand of God all European heads of state are convinced that if they try to invade Australia or the east indies (until the 20th century) other than to defend themselves from someone using it to attack them or trade with the australian aboriginals (even indirectly) they will be cursed. same thing with mainland southeast Asia, but only up until the 19th century.

It would take literal magic to do so, as there is no way in the Age of Discovery that Australia would remain untouched ad infinitum.

Even with magic, it is one of the silliest scenarios conjured, and that is saying something. The continent is not out of the way or distinctly separate from the East Indies, as seen through fishermen visiting for thousands of years.
Even if this occurred, there is no chance, possibility or reason why there would be malnourishment or starvation. The Aborigine had plenty to eat, even if they were stuck in the Stone Ages and what was seen externally as spiritual darkness.
