What if Sub-Saharan african countries gained their independence as Ethno-states?

they're divided along the following lines.
Language spoken by the last colonizer (so this means parts of French & Belgian colonies can go together but none of the others, I wanna avoid conflicts like the franco vs anglophone conflict in cameroon)
Muslim, Catholic & protestant lines
Northwest 1, Northwest 2, Central 1 & Central 2 bantu lines,
Atlantic-Congo, Volta-Congo, Benue-Congo, Kordofanian, Chadic, Omotic, Cushitic, Northern sudanic, central sudanic, western koman, & Gumuz
And a state for the majority ethnic european part of South Africa & Namibia and whatever the largest part of rhodesia or zimbabwe dominated by whites is. (if any border each other they're made into a single state)
