Start of the Binay Presidency
In 2000, the winner of the Democrat Primaries is Biden and would have crushed Cheney causing him to lose which would cause the democrats to have control of the White house until 2009, in the year 2000, Donald Trump would run as a governor of Florida under a Republican ticket and Defeated Jeb Bush in the gubernatorial primaries.
On 2004 AD, Jejomar Binay, Raul Roco, and Rodrigo Duterte were the primary contenders for the 2004 elections and Binay would have won the majority of vote despite having almost no votes in the Visayas and Mindanao regions except for Palawan which he won as well and the transition of Miriam Defensor Santiago’s[1] power as president to Jejomar Binay went smoothly but it would not be accepted in Visayas and Mindanao and the presidency of Miriam Defensor Santiago would be widely hated in Luzon due to the propaganda of FVR and Erap against her during her term during this time, Bongbong Marcos would be ruled as disqualified to run as Vice President of Fernando Poe Jr. after the elections.
On June 30, 2004 Jejomar Binay would be inaugurated as the President although, the Visayan and Mindanaoan provinces would start talks of secession which would start in 2005 which would be spearheaded by Rodrigo Duterte, the Marcoses would also talk of secession from the Philippines of Ilocos due to the talks of Imee Marcos and Chavit Singson publically although it would result in the expulsion of the Marcoses due to them being chased out of the Binay controlled Philippines after their statement and Luzon having the overwhelming support of the Binay government, the Philippines with only the Luzon, Mindoro, and Palawan and the Independent Visayas Provinces, and Independent Federal Republic of Mindanao which would be temporarily independent.
It would take a decade for the Reunification of the old state of the Philippines…
