what if Ottomans conquered Austria and Bohemia. Will France win every balance of power war in the future because Austria was their biggest continental opponent in OTL?

If the Ottomans conquered Austria and Bohemia 1529? France would have serious competition on the doorstep - remember wars being waged in Germany and Italy. With the Ottomans able to conquer that much like this
which is from AHcom I guess both France, Spain and Poland-Lithuania will be looking back if they enter conflict with one another. And then there were peoples argueing a Crusade against the Ottomans/Turks and even Danish Kings were willing listeners.

In a book about Austrian AH, I read that the Ottomans would have suffered from Imperial overstretch if they took Vienna, so they wouldn't have come much further than on your map. Some much about the inevitable Caliphate.

In a book about Austrian AH, I read that the Ottomans would have suffered from Imperial overstretch if they took Vienna, so they wouldn't have come much further than on your map. Some much about the inevitable Caliphate. Well that was the assumption too on the AH thread I found the map somebody on there may have read that book too - and I didn't say anything about the inevitable.. that one we still await.
I don't know enough of Ottoman empire though would not assume it to fall down the moment it captures Vienna so may be a facto to be reckoned with for some time though I wouldn't be surprised that some crusades would be called for. With Reformation around the corner it could change into interesting times without the Austrian Empire to weigh in against the Turk! The French and Spanish just might try mobilize the forces of Christianity against the Infidel with some Protestant powers in tow!
