Who seizes power in Germany? All major parties in Germany at the time have no clue of the political situation in the rest of Germany. OKW/OKH and army group/army commanders are going to be confused as f... as well

A cabal of uptime Gauleiters or Generals or both together put downtime Berlin in order with ease, killing Communists/Spartacists, killing or jailing Social Democrats, and telling other squabbling politicians their parliamentary squabbling is unneeded and some of those with undoubted patriotism and administrative skills can do something more productive for the new, more efficient and authentically German Second Reich order than try to legislate.

All too likely but I think you mean Third Reich as the German empire from 1871 was the 2nd.  |

The 1919 Timeline is going to be hell for Germany. 1939 hidden Jews warn their 1919 counterparts which leads to more chaos within the nation.
1919 Poland taxes its churches to the bone to fund their military upgrades. Czechoslovakia is going to be hostile to the Germans.
All that tech and knowledge in 1939 Berlin will be confiscated by the 1919 Allies making them much stronger
The Great Depression is averted so no WW2
