I'm not sure there would be a decisive change, as the drivers for the wars of independence were already there and Spain was in a bucket of trouble even before that point. Maybe a slight delay in some of the uprisings.

Spain was still in a marked decline before the PoD, with Bolivar launching his first Venezuelan Revolution in 1810. Napoleon's actions provided the catalyst to issues that were longstanding and decades, if not centuries, in the making.
