Sovietunion just lost its Navy base in the Baltic - Kaliningrad but also Poland and Lithuania have lost territory; interesting days ahead of negotiating!

I would be more interested in the opposite. East Prussia would be semi-occupied by the Allies resulting in their tech accelerating.
