Start of 499 BCE both the Ancient Greeks and Persian Empire get the knowledge of every technology from the American Civil War as well as have all of their infrastructure and equipment upgraded
Both Persia and Greece now have railroads connecting their cities. Their military ships are now Ironclad-steamboats armed with ACW Cannons.
This makes it interesting as Macedon is a Persian vassal at this point and the Greek City-states don't always get along. Now they have railroads connecting most of their cities.
American Civil War weapons now make Hoplites and Nomadic Horse Archers obselete.
