An exploration made public
The Portuguese exploration of Luzon in 1545 by Pero Fidalgo and the Knowledge of Tomi Pires about Luzon in 1512 would be known in Portugal during the reign of John III of Portugal which would cause the Spanish to be blocked from acquiring Luzon up to 1580 when Maria Manuela’s son, Don Carlos had taken over the Spanish throne.[1]
On 1570, After Legaspi would have discovered that Luzon is a part of the land called Selurong by the Borneans or Ysla de Luzon by the Spanish is divided to three lands of Sapa, Luzon/Comintan, and Ibalon and made relations with Lakandula of Tondo and Sulayman of Maynila and negotiated friendly relations with them and with the new Spanish colony of the Philippines, he knows himself that he would be forbidden to conquer any part of that area and did not try to conquer it as it would cause problems with the Portuguese under King Sebastian.
The land of Sapa would also later be the Kingdom of Sapa/Selurong which claims the rest of Selurong due to its ties with the Bruneians who were ruling Selurong via Kandarapa of Tondo, a niece of Lakandula.
1. Don Carlos would be the King of Spain in this timeline because he would grow up differently.

A fine but fragile Don Carlos, the son of Maria Manuela and Philip II, would grow up healthy despite the fact that he would grow up with no mother and he had a bad constitution during childhood and Philip II would remarry to Maria of Viseu on 1553 which would have given him to daughters, Infanta Maria(May 10, 1554) and Infanta Catalina(December 10, 1561) who Philip II would dote Don Carlos and Don Carlos would be treated fine and he would turn out promising on his growth and sturdy which was unexpected of him.
Don Carlos would marry Elizabeth of France, the daughter of Henry II of France would give birth to two children, namely, Isabel Clara Eugenia(August 12, 1566) and Philip of Spain(April 14, 1578) and take control of Portugal in 1580 after the death of his own cousin, Sebastian of Portugal in 1580 and the rest of the Spanish Kingdoms on 1598 after his father’s death, while his daughter, Isabel Clara Eugenia would marry Henry III of Navarre after an annulment of his first marriage with Margaret of Valois in 1570.

Catherine of Palatinate, Queen of England
On 1546, Mary Tudor herself would marry Philip of Palatinate and giving up her own claims to the throne of England with a generous dowry, in favor any children that she would have in the future, she would have a daughter named Catherine of Palatinate on December 10, 1547 after her father had just passed away, although she would pass away a month after the birth of Catherine of Palatinate making Palatinate raised as a protestant.
Edward VI would secure the betrothal of Catherine of Palatinate to Henry, Earl of Darnley, the son of Margaret Douglas on 1552, prior to his own death in 1553 to secure his own succession after his own death which would have united the claims of Darnley and his own niece which would mean that Darnley would be ruling with Catherine of Palatinate as co-monarchs of England, although Mary Stewart would have a better claim than that of Darnley in England himself.[1]
1. Which means there will be some conflict between England and Scotland, although England and Scotland would have the same dynasty.
