What chances exist in Europe do not be conquered by Africans?
Africa just went from an Late Medieval tech level to early 1960s and although much tech will be lost, much will be retained as well. I expect Aftican warbands armed with AKs/FN FAL/whatever to show up in Spain within a few years.

South Africa starts by expanding its borders, updating its government and reorganizing the military. Get as much of Africa and the people under their control or influence.
They would ally with the Muslims, giving them advisors and aid to do most of the fighting against the Christians. Jannissaries with Upgraded Muskets devastate Europe.
South Africa's first target is Ireland. Take it over and turn it into a Naval Base. They would establish their own version of Lebensbraum there to create lots of Black-Irish kids so that Racism never occurs in Ireland.
Then they would take over Taiwan, Korea, Philippines and Japan. Make them colonies or Puppet States.
Expect the most Radical Blacks to burn down the Vatican as Revenge for Slavery, Misogyny and Racism.
South Africa colonizes the Americas, vaccinates the Natives and experiences a massive African population boom.
Women and Gay Rights are accelerated. Giving a lot of Downtime support for South Africa.

Why single out Ireland in particular, it seems to be distinguished by a lack of interesting resources. Why is anti-misoygny and anti-Catholicism as opposed to other anti-westernisms particular priorities? Women and Gay Rights are accelerated. Why are these priorities? At best, in some of their most modernized cities, among some of their most progressive classes, people will just happen to have more enlightened contemporary attitudes than anywhere else on earth. But it is not like the continent-wide average would be an especially anti-hompohobbic or anti-patriarchal "snapshot" of the 21st century world. |
