No one supports the CSA which will get stomped quickly as everybody will be opposed to slavery. Although there would be some problems for the north as well as slavery is still legal there in several states. On this issue you could see Britain stepping to mediate but on condition that both sides end slavery. When the south refuses, which is almost certain to occur, their going to be in trouble.
The big impacts will be how the 1910 world reacts to its biggest economic power and one of the major food suppliers disappear. Plus how the transplanted region adjusts to being 50 years behind the times.
One thing I just thought of is that presumably Alaska, Hawaii, the Philippines, Puerto Rico and other possessions gained after 1862 will be as OTL? Their going to have an interesting situation as 1862 US will probably have little interest in the Philippines and possibly Puerto Rico and Hawaii. Or come to think of it someone [cough, Spain, Japan, Russia, Germany - although possibly less likely the latter] could decide to redistribute some of those territories. You could end up with WWI starting several years earlier possibly with different alliances.
