How are elections in Germany impacted if there is no Bolshevik treat anymore?
Hitler stands at a very high chance of losing elections. Who wins if not him?

All territories controlled by the USSR are replaced by their equivalents from 1913. How are elections in Germany impacted if there is no Bolshevik treat anymore? Hitler stands at a very high chance of losing elections. Who wins if not him? Does this mean that the areas of Imperial Russia like the Baltic States and Finland is not going to change status and what about Poland?
What about the Tsar - is he the imperial family and all of his subjects coming along?
Is it only territories and not peoples and infrastructure or is it as the Subject: Russian Empire from 1913 which will change the status of 1930 Poland, Baltic States and Finland?

Baltic states and Poland do not go. They remain as they were in 1930.
The Tsar and his family is obviously there.
All territories of Russia in 1913 are ISOTed except Poland, Finland and the Balltics. Anyway, Polish and Finnish armies of 1930 are not pushovers and Imperial Russia cannot take them back.

Baltic states and Poland do not go. They remain as they were in 1930. The Tsar and his family is obviously there. All territories of Russia in 1913 are ISOTed except Poland, Finland and the Balltics. Anyway, Polish and Finnish armies of 1930 are not pushovers and Imperial Russia cannot take them back. So its an exchange within the Soviet controlled areas of 1930 that change to their 1913 status and population?
When during 1930 is this taking place - 14. September or somewhat prior to let it sink in on the Germans?
I'm not entirely convinced that this in itself will prevent the Nazi landslide vote of 14. September 1930; Great Recession with unemployment and Versailles Reparations and Bleeding Borders were just as important issues.

However Russia may try just taking back what was its terriory and suffer badly.
However British King George V may be happy to see his cousin back on the throne of all Russias.

Hmm, this is rather interesting.
As long as the Russians stay put I don't see Poles or Finns going at them however this will surely change if the Tsar decide to incorporate whats lost..
Should war break out between Russia on one side with possibly some support from Britain (guess Churchill would be excited at more royalty)the Poles and Finns with their superior Airforces and the Poles with quite a number of AFVs if basic but without match might even make the Turks have a go in the Caucasus.
If war spreads there would be some political problems in some states - Denmark for one even if it supported the Baltics during 1918-20 militarily would have some problems in combatting the Russia of dowager Empress Dagmar/Marija Fjodorovna. Other states with Royal heads may have some qualms too.
I think France would love it too as it doesn't anymore have to prop up the Little Entente though events may prove otherwise.

Now there is no communism and the German Communist Party has lost a very significant source of support. |

True but there's still the desire for a large empire in the east and hostility towards Slavs as well as the insane lust for conquests and warfare as an end in itself.
One other point is I doubt Britain or any of the up-time powers would support Russian revanchment. It would destabilize Europe. At this point, IIRC there was a minority Labour government and also Churchill was pretty much in his wilderness years, seen as a multiple failure with no real support.
