A son is born
“Pope Eugene did not, as Eleanor had hoped, grant an annulment. Instead, he attempted to reconcile Eleanor and Louis, confirming the legality of their marriage. He proclaimed that no word could be spoken against it, and that it might not be dissolved under any pretext. He even arranged for Eleanor and Louis to sleep in the same bed. Thus was conceived their second child— a son, William, named after her father, William X of Aquitaine.”
Eleanor of Aquitaine

A lost opportunity Henry, the heir of Geoffrey and Empress Matilda would hear about the birth of a son to Eleanor of Aquitaine, named William of France in 1150 and Louis VII died in 1152, the reign of William I of France will shift the focus of the crown from North to South due to him being raised by his mother, Eleanor, her daughter, Marie of France is married to the count of Flanders, Philip I.
On 1154, Henry of Anjou would defeat Stephen of England and had him recognized as the heir to England due to the death of Eustace of Blois in 1154 and he ended up marrying Mary of Boulogne in the peace treaty who ended up inheriting Boulogne on the deaths of her two brothers, the widow of her brother, William is married off to Humphrey due to issues in dispensation between William FitzEmpress and her.
The throne of the Franks initially and the Duchy of Aquitaine ultimately ended to the house of Barcelona due to the marriage of Eleanor I of France(1178) and Peter II of Aragon due to first marriage of Beatrice of Swabia, the first wife of William of France dying younger in 1180 and his remarriage with Berengaria of Navarre not having any children but the remaining Capetians and the English king would challenge that.
Marie of Boulogne would give Henry II the following children
Matilda of England b. 1156 m. Henry the Lion of Saxony
Richard of England b. 1157 d. 1189 married to Marie of Flanders b. 1174
Constance b. 1162 m. Henry VI of HRE
John I b. 1166 m. Alice of France b. 1180

While personally I think Stephen is an excellent name for an English monarch given that Stephen I was a bitter enemy of Henry and his mother I doubt that would be a name he would choose for his firstborn. I suspect that Henry, which was the name for his 1st son OTL is a more likely choice. Otherwise looks interesting. I do note you seem not to like the marriage of Henry II and Eleanor. Which may not necessarily be a bad thing for Henry if he was able to get on with his children better.

I changed it to Richard to be neutral.

Two Constances On 1180, the longtime betrothed to Frederick of Swabia would end up marrying her brother Henry, the heir of Swabia, Constance of Swabia is fair and beautiful and beloved by her new husband, Frederick of Swabia and he was impressed of her that the marriage would provided him of many children but only a handful would survive childhood and it would be his daughters, Beatrice(1182), Blanche(1186) and Constance of Swabia(1188), on 1190 he would be crowned as Emperor. Children of Henry VI of HRE and Constance of England -Beatrice of Swabia b. 1182- -Blanche b. 1186- -Constance b. 1188- -Henry b. 1190 d. 1190 -Frederick b. 1194 d. 1194 On 1185, Bela III of Hungary would marry Constance of Sicily, providing him of another son, named Geza b. 1186 and William II of Sicily would marry Isabella of Jerusalem, a marriage that would provide no issue for him.

War of French succession On 1195, Eleanor of France would marry Peter II of Aragon. On 1199, William of France would die without a male heirs and his two daughters, Eleanor, the Queen of Aragon, wife of Peter who is proclaimed as his heiress as the Queen of France due to his second wife, Berengaria failing to have an issue, Eleanor of France is supported by her grandmother, Eleanor of Aquitaine while Alice would be supported by the magnates in the North and the Cathar supporting Count of Toulouse, Eleanor would propose Alice to marry the heir of the King of Portugal to remove her from the scene but she would be under the custody of the northern magnates who would marry her to John of England, the son of Henry II of England on the latter part of 1199, which would begin a civil war in the Kingdom of the Franks however, on the death of her grandmother, Eleanor of France would inherit Aquitaine on 1204 strengthening her support in the south, the conflict would rip the Kingdom of the Franks apart. Eleanor of France would have the following children with Peter II of Aragon
Petronilla b. 1196
Eleanor b. 1199
James b. 1205
Sanchia b. 1206

Baptism of the Golden Horde On 1200, Ibaqa Khatun of the Keraites and Jochi, the son of Genghis Khan would marry and Jochi would convert to Nestorian Christianity causing his own Ulus to be Nestorian Christian and Jochi Ulus and the later Golden Horde to be Christian and Christianity to be established as the religion of Jochi Ulus which would be Nestorian but would still raid the Kievian Rus principalities due to them wanting more of the resources of the Kievan Rus, however the new Christian Golden Horde would be an ally to the Crusaders and the Eastern Roman Empire for the meantime, the match would be influenced by Genghis relationship with Toghrul.
The religion of the Golden Horde would cause it to aid Constantinople against the Turkish muslims that conquered Anatolia due to its earlier defeat in the Manzikert against the Turks and help them recover from the earlier issues with the Sultanate of Rum and the Crusader States which would cause the Eastern Romans to remain independent to the Present.

Mary, dau. of King Stephen and Matilda I, Countess of Boulogne, would be Henry’s 2nd cousin so the union would cement Henry’s claim to the Throne, and it would stabilise the Kingdom. In terms of prestige, wealth, and land – not so much.

The struggle for Toulouse After the death of Beatrice of Swabia after the birth of Alice of France, King William of France, Guillaume or Guillhem would try to find ways so that he gets support on his planned war against Barbarossa and the Count of Toulouse and married Berengaria of Navarre to get support in his war (Berengaria herself would prove to be barren causing a later succession war) against the Count of Toulouse, however, he would end up being captured on 1194 by the forces of Henry VI, only to be released on 1196. Another action that William of France would do to regain Toulouse is to marry his eldest daughter, Eleanor to the young Peter, the heir of Aragon on 1192 who has issues regarding Provence with the Counts of Toulouse as two Counts of Provence from the House of Barcelona would die without issue fighting them so they would have a common ground against the Counts of Toulouse. On 1199, William of France would die without issue trying to quell a rebellion and was said to be planning to annul his marriage with Berengaria, on his death his two daughters with his wife Beatrice would claim France, Robert Dreux would also stake his claims as the closest male descendant of Louis VI as well, the Count of Toulouse would be in the side of war against Eleanor.

Breton inheritance On 1181, after a long time barren marriage with Mahaut of Bourgogne, Robert II of Dreux would repudiate her and remarry to Constance of Brittany the heiress of her brother William who would later die without an issue which they say was the fault of Robert II of Dreux but that would give Robert II a base against the claimant daughters of his cousin William of France. Constance of Brittany would inherit Brittany on 1200 after the childless death of William of France on the same year due to marriages that would produce no issues. Constance of Brittany would bear the following children. -Robert b. 1185 -Peter b. 1190 -Philippa b. 1192 -Henry b. 1193 -Yolande b. 1196 -John b. 1198
