What if Henry Carey 1st Baron Hunsdon was king?

I have two reasons to place this as ASB. Firstly, given by his background, I wasn't quite sure if this was very likely of if Henry Carey would've ever realistically become king, and plus I don't have time to look into of how he would've become king, I'm more curious about the results, the impact, and the consequences.

For those who doesn't know about Henry Carey. He was an English nobleman and courtier. He was a cousin of Elizabeth I. There was a possibility that Henry Carey was an illegitimate son of King Henry VIII, which would've given Carey a chance to become heir. But regardless of if he was an illegitimate son or not, for the sake of Alien space bats let just say he became king (Henry IX).

For those who are curious about of why I selected Henry Carey as king of England. Well telling by his merit, as a parliamentary member, knighthood, Captain of the Gentlemen Pensioners, Lieutenant General, secular viewpoint on religion, and even made an affair with a converted Venetian Jewish woman in later years in OTL. I decided why the hell not. Henry Carey as king might be best suited for England in their reality in my opinion.
